About Us
- The Pleasant Riders Snowmobile Club was formed in 1976
- We are a volunteer snowmobile club with over 400 members
- Our Trails are maintained by dedicated volunteers and their equipment. Our fleet consists of a Tucker we bought in 2009, we liked it so much we purchased another Tucker in 2014
- No matter how much comfort or technology one has, sometimes the "old way" is the only way. We have 2 Skandics ready to go at a moment notice
- We maintain about 9.5 miles of trail, From Route 10 to Sacandaga Lake
- We have been named Snowmobile Club of the Year in 2008 and 2014 by NYSSA. A great honor bestowed on any club, humbling when awarded twice. We strive to learn, grow and give
- We are a 501c3 Charitable Organization, your donation can be a tax deduction
- In 2015, we achieved a goal of obtaining a Clubhouse. Located on Route 8 in Piseco, NY. We are now able to hold our meetings and house all of our equipment in one place. It is a continuous work in progress, but a process full of pride and committed volunteers who prove it daily.
- We offer a snowmobile safety course each December. A great tool to have for anyone over the age of 10. It is instructed by volunteers and free of charge to all participants
- Our presence is noticed all year, we volunteer and fundraise at various community gatherings
